To Chef and Owner Brandon Olsen, the banana is an emblem of happiness. This sentiment is the driver for the interior design experience of the 1,800sq. ft. Toronto west-end restaurant. When the past and the future mingle, it happens at La Banane under nouvelle futuristic pop with hallmarks of classic bistro-style dining. It is where contemporary art and rich textures create an environment to support the food concept of classic but decidedly modern French-inspired cuisine.
