La Banane

collaborations

In any environment, the experience of the guest is influenced and engaged by each of the senses. This is especially essential in a restaurant environment where every element is crucial to the overall dining experience. When working with Chef Brandon Olsen for his new French-Bistro, La Banane, he had a clear vision for each touchpoint of experience for his guests. To Chef, the banana has always been emblematic of happiness and contentment. Our studio worked closely with Chef Olsen and his team to integrate this sentiment as a driver for the guest experience and interior design.
